We have planted 1390 olive trees, choosing varieties that yield robust, intense oil, such as Coratina and Picual. We harvested our first olives in November 2010. We use conservation practices including native plant hedgerows, cover crops and drip irrigation. Pick your own olives for curing and help with the harvest in October, November.
